We’ve been taking our cars to Jewell Auto for the past 10 years. We’ve continued to come to Jewell because we’ve learned that we can trust them to do good work for a fair price. The people are friendly and they take the time to explain what’s going on with our cars in a way that’s easy to understand. When we bought our most recent vehicle, we purchased a third-party extended warranty precisely so we could have our work done at Jewell, instead of at the dealer! Car trouble is such a pain, especially for a woman, but Jewell Auto makes it as pleasant an experience as possible. I know that, when I take my car there, I will be treated fairly and honestly, and I always feel comfortable and safe.
